Our Process

Prospective candidates start by submitting an online application, which includes a resume detailing relevant experience in sales, customer service, or face-to-face marketing. Applications are reviewed to assess whether candidates have the qualifications, adaptability, and ambition required for success.

If the application meets the criteria, a member of the HR team conducts a phone screening interview. This brief call provides an opportunity to discuss the candidate’s background, sales experience, and motivation for applying. It also introduces the role and company culture to the candidate, allowing both parties to assess alignment.

Qualified candidates are invited to an in-depth interview with a hiring manager or team lead. In this stage, the focus is on assessing the candidate’s face-to-face communication skills and customer engagement techniques, as well as their understanding of the retail sales environment. Candidates may be asked about their problem-solving abilities, sales strategies, and experience in high-paced, customer-centered roles.

Selected candidates receive an official offer, along with information on role expectations, and training opportunities. The onboarding process includes an introduction to Impact Marketing Solutions’ sales techniques, retail environment strategies, and leadership development programs. New hires also go through a hands-on training period to build confidence in their face-to-face marketing skills.

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales and marketing presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Manage a territory and customer base effectively

Overview:
As a recruiter, you’ll gain insights into the consulting industry, recruitment techniques, sales, marketing, compliance, HR management, office operations, and customer service. Collaborate closely with the marketing/sales team and management—excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
